Return Policy

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of your returns and can pay for your returns label via our returns portal.

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full priced items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. We also offer exchanges, you can request an exchange for a different size/colour of a product. *All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.

Store credit on an e-gift card is offered for any returned sale items or items purchased using a discount code. *This does not include unique discount codes issued by our customer service team.

This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.

Returns must adhere to the following:

In original packaging
No signs of wash/wear
Tags must not be damaged or removed
No stains/hairs/odours
Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.

We are not offering free returns and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us.

CARE POLICY:

Use a mesh laundry bag: This can help protect the pajamas from snagging. Wash with other delicate fabrics. Choose the delicate cycle on your washing machine and use cold water. Use the shortest spin cycle as possible.

• Avoid fabric softener: Fabric softener can leave a residue on the fabric and dull its shine.

Drying: After washing, you can hang or lay satin pajamas flat to air dry in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight.
Removing stains: To remove stains from satin pajamas, you can use a clean, damp cloth to dab the stain. Avoid rubbing the stain.

Steaming; is a gentle and chemical-free way to remove wrinkles from satin pajamas. Turn the pajamas inside out before steaming.
Ironing satin can be tricky, so you can try these tips: Use a cool iron
